Who We Are
The Practice Behind the Framework
HEM is a health emergency management advisory and operations practice built around the HEM360 framework: the world's first 360° integrated health emergency management system, conceived at Johns Hopkins, validated in operational practice, and formally registered as protected intellectual property.
We design, build, and where required directly operate the systems that keep health institutions, defence organizations, and high-consequence industries ready for the emergencies they will face. We are not a consultancy that delivers reports and walks away. We embed with our clients, build institutional capability, and stay until systems are tested, validated, and ready to perform without us.
